I love my job as an estate agent because I get to see beautiful homes, meet great people and help buyers/sellers achieve their goals. Over the past five years I have been lucky enough to sell homes across west Lancashire, Liverpool and Dubai. Working across different markets has allowed me to become a confident, knowledgeable agent that can secure my clients maximum value when selling their property.
Outside of the office you’ll often find me in a local coffee shop with friends, working up a sweat in the gym or unwinding with a podcast…nothing too exciting.
My goal is simple, to get my sellers the best price possible, in timely fashion and to become known as the estate agent offering the best service.

When selling your home the service you’re offered shouldn’t be one size fits all, as all homes aren’t the same. TAILORED MARKETING is the main focus in my business and the reason to all the success to date. Taking a home, working out who the potential buyer is, then effectively marketing to that group of people. Sounds simple, but why isn’t every estate agent doing that? The short answer is 50% don’t know how, and 50% don’t want to put in the extra work and effort to secure the best price for their seller.
